The rate includes :
1. Collision Damage Waiver with an unwaivable deductible of USD300 .
2. Theft Protection Insurance.
3. Personal Accident Insurance.
4. Full Maintenance program :
- Change oil,
- Change filter,
- Electrical repairs,
- Brakes,
- Disks....
1. Limited Mileage up to 36 000kms/year (additional kilometers = 0.07USD).
2. Mechanic Fee.
3. Free vehicle replacement in case of breakdown.
4. Administrative Formalities.
5. 24h/24 Road Assistance,
6. Free personalization of your vehicle to your logo.
The above rate excludes:
1. Fuel.
2. 10% V.A.T.
3. Theft of Radio and personal properties.
4. Amount of the deductible in case of accident
Termination by lessee:
If you wish to terminate the contract before its expiry date as indicated in the contract, a cancellation penalty will apply as follow:
The agreement cannot be cancelled before 12 months.
Car returned between 12 and 23 months = 4 months as cancellation penalty.
Car returned between 24 and 35 months = 3 months as cancellation penalty.
Payment :
Payment will be due at the end of each month. A 3 months refundable deposit is required upon signature of the agreement.
Termination by lessor (AVIS):
The Lessor shall be entitled any time to terminate This agreement with immediate effect on each and every occasion that the lessee:
Fails punctually to pay on the due date any sums due under this agreement or breaches any of its other terms. Do anything or omit to do anything, which in the sole opinion of the lessor, may prejudice the lessor's rights of ownership in the vehicles.
Makes or cause or permits to be made any alteration, modification or addition to the vehicle.

We will provide you with brand new vehicles for the 36-month lease agreement. |
